Indications:

Usage & Dosage:
I.V/ I.M1. Adults usually use intramuscular injection or intravenous drip, 0.5g once, once every 12 hours; Or according to the body weight 7.5mg/kg, once every 12 hours, adult daily dosage does not exceed 1.5g, the course of treatment should not exceed 14 days. The dose should be appropriately reduced in patients over 50 years of age. 2. Children usually use intramuscular injection or intravenous drip, according to the weight of 15 to 25mg/kg per day, divided into 2 times. 3. Kanamycin sulfate 0.25% solution can be used as a rinsing solution. The 0.1% solution can also be used for air-soluble inhalation. 2.5% of the injection can be administered intraperitoneally.
