Indications:
For the treatment of infections caused by sensitive bacteria.
- Lower respiratory tract infections such as acute bronchitis and acute episodes of chronic bronchitis and pneumonia.
- Upper respiratory tract infections: including ear, nose and throat infections such as otitis media, sinusitis, tonsillitis and pharyngitis.
- Skin and soft tissue infections such as furunculosis, pyoderma and impetigo.
- Gonorrhea: acute uncomplicated gonococcal urethritis and cervicitis.
Contra-indications:
The main gastrointestinal reactions are nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort and diarrhea, and occasionally headache, which is generally mild and brief.
Like other broad-spectrum antibiotics, it can cause pseudomembranous enteritis.
Anaphylaxis is rare, with eosinophilic leukocytosis and transient elevated liver enzyme levels. In addition, the use of cephalosporins can produce a positive antiglobulin response, which interferes with the blood cross-fit assay.
Usage & Dosage:
Adults:
For mild to moderate lower respiratory tract infections (or general infections), 0.25g (1 tablet) twice daily. Severe lower respiratory tract infection: 0.5g (2 tablets) twice daily. Simple urinary tract infection, 0.125g each time, twice a day; Simple gonorrhea 1g (4 tablets) each time; Pyelonephritis, the recommended dose is 0.25g twice daily.
Children:
Generally 0.125g to 0.25g (1 tablet), 2 times a day; For children over 2 years of age with otitis media, 0.25g each time, twice daily, no more than 0.5g per day (2 tablets).
This product is generally 7 days a course of treatment, the best medicine after meals.
