Hyoscine Butylbromide Injection

Indications:
Hyoscine butylbromide is indicated for acute spasms such as renal or biliary colic, in radiology for differential diagnosis of obstruction, and to reduce spasm and pain in pyelography and other diagnostic procedures where spasm may be an issue (e.g., gastroduodenal endoscopy).

Dosage and Administration:
- Adults: 20 mg intravenously or intramuscularly, repeat after half an hour if needed. Maximum daily dose is 100 mg.
- Special Populations: Not recommended for the paediatric population.
- Method of Administration: For intravenous and intramuscular injection. Can be diluted with glucose or sodium chloride 0.9% solution for injection.

Storage:
Store at or below 30°C protected from light. For single use only. Discard any unused portion after opening.
